Description

Diriyah Gate is a mixed-use real estate development with multiple projects over an area of 7 sq km, with history and heritage assets at its core, enriched by entertainment, shopping, and residential elements. Through this fast-track development project, DGDA aims to boost tourism in the country.

The infrastructure package includes all wet and dry utility networks and supporting infrastructure. Major plant facilities includes sewage treatment plant, primary substations, district cooling plants and associated networks and vacuum waste management systems.
